MY PASSION IS TO HELP COMPANIES AND ORGANISATIONS CREATE CHANGE WITH MEASURABLE EFFECT THAT ENSURE AN EFFECTIVE AND EFFICIENT SUSTAINABLE TRANSFORMATION THAT MEETS REQUIREMENTS FROM OWNERS, CLIENTS, EMPLOYEES AND THE ECOSYSTEM WHICH THE COMPANY IS PART OF.
I am an experienced top management and board advisor with more than 20 years of career experience in global business and a proven track record in assisting listed and non-listed clients in APAC, EMEA, and US. I am passionate about strategy, leadership, and people, and have designed and led multiple client tailored development and change programmes.
Based on my many years of work within strategy development and implementation for international clients, I have a strong focus on, and a business-driven and holistic approach to, transformation which differentiates my way of working and makes it more impactful to clients. I work from an approach of creating maximum coherence between the owner’s objectives, the board’s contribution to the strategy, the operation’s ability to execute the strategy (triple bottom line results), and the complex multi-stakeholder ecosystem in which the company operates. A key focus in my approach is to merge sustainability with strategy and move from the WHY to the HOW. An essential part of this process is to develop purpose-driven boards, and leadership teams who can effectively lead and facilitate change, navigate industry top-challenges, reshape and elevate businesses, empower diverse thinking, and deliver predictable results in a volatile, uncertain, and complex ecosystem.
I am also a partner in KEHR+NIELSEN that assists SMEs in Denmark making sustainability a profitable business. In addition to working with clients, I speak regularly at conferences.
