Again, this year, Flemming is invited to speak at the Diversify Nordics Summit, part of Oslo Innovation Week. In 2023, he spoke on the theme "How institutions can create and foster inclusive and equitable systems - Policies and practices from the workplace, academia and society". This year, the theme is "Technology, Innovation & Investments", and he will speak on the topic "AI for Good, AI Bias & AI Ethics".
