HOW TO STAY POSITIVE – EVEN IN CHALLENGING TIMES
I just had the pleasure of spending a few inspiring hours with one of my good friends - someone who radiates positive energy and is always there when you need it. Our conversation made me reflect on something very specific!

I’m often asked by clients and my network where I get my energy from and how I manage to stay happy and positive even in challenging situations.
My recipe is quite simple:
❗️Do what you love. That way, you're spending your time positively, and it’s easier to become excellent at something you enjoy and feel good about.
❗️When you face challenges, take action on the ones you can actually do something about - and don’t waste unnecessary energy worrying about the ones that are out of your control.
❗️Surround yourself with positive people who inspire you and boost your energy levels.
❗️Spend time with people who are smarter than you - you’ll constantly learn and grow, both professionally and personally.
❗️Make it a priority to inspire others and help them succeed in life - you’ll gain so much more in the long run.
❗️Don’t engage in negative spin. It only reinforces negative thoughts and negative energy.
❗️Make sure to challenge yourself in life. Without challenges, you won’t grow as a person or as a professional.
❗️Surround yourself with people who have different opinions and perspectives from your own. They bring new and diverse viewpoints to discussions, broadening your perspective and helping you make better and more informed decisions.
❗️Don't think you have to solve everything by yourself - ask for help when you need it, and don’t be afraid to show that you don’t have all the answers. Rely on the team - a team can accomplish far more than you can as an individual.
❗️Stay curious.
❗️Always prioritize those who love you for who you are, and those you love for who they are.
